We had a great weekend celebrating fall and the Halloween season at our Fall Family Day and Jack-o’-Lantern Tours. Thank you to everyone who joined us in the festivities.

Fall Family Day

Children were invited to design jack-o’-lantern faces for volunteer Eloise to carve into pumpkins.

Spinners and weavers from the Loyalhannon Spinners demonstrated textile traditions.

A new addition to the event this year were hayrides, courtesy of some local farmers. Visitors were taken through some of the fields near the fort at Historic Hanna’s Town.

Proctor’s Militia, I.B.W.C.P., demonstrated 18th century military drills.
