Celebrate the 250th Anniversary of Hempfield Township at Historic Hanna’s Town!

One of the original six townships formed out of Bedford County, Hempfield Township was formed on April 6, 1773. Township Supervisor, Doug Weimer, will greet residents at this community event and share the history of the township as the “Crossroads of Westmoreland County.”
