The public is invited to join Historic Hanna’s Town as we jump forward in time over 150 years to the summer of 1944! World War II living history demonstrations and presentations will be offered, as well as afternoon battle demonstrations on both Saturday and Sunday. Each battle demonstration will be held at different sites on the grounds.

10:40 AM German Soldier in Normandy, summer 1944 with Andrew Garrison – Steel House
11:00 AM Civilian News Correspondent – Deborah Hagan – Westmoreland History Education Center
11:30 AM Allied & Axis weapons demonstration – Education Center patio
Noon – Landjahr Lager (Country Service Year Camp) by Cynthia Sandor – Westmoreland History Education Center
12:30 PM – Allied & Axis uniform and field gear – Education Center patio
1:00 PM German Soldier in Normandy, summer 1944 with Andrew Garrison – Steel House
